My name is Brett Lathem; I am a 28 year old, ex baseball player who had always stayed in great shape. Standing at 6’3” my playing weight was around 210 pounds. This was an ideal weight for having lean muscle mass with my frame. Over the past four years, I have drastically increased in size (weight). I have been lugging around 244lbs. Two months ago, I was busting it on the treadmill, carrying out a workout that I thought was effective and would produce the results I desired. Striving to get back into my playing weight (I like to call it); I fell short of my goals. Goals, there were no goals; this was the number one reason for my continuous failure. Desperate to change my life, I joined the Gritton’s Training System (Boot Camp) not really knowing what to expect. I knew anything could be better than the results I was getting. Day 1 was a gut check. About half way through the session, I was thinking what did I get myself in to. Making it through that session was clearly possible with Jeremy’s ability to motivate and push us to our limits. Jeremy gained my attention and respect from the first session. He educated us on the importance of setting goals and strategic methods of achieving them. Let me tell you, after that first day, I was tired, sore, but HOOKED! After two weeks, the pounds started to drop, my flab started to resemble actual muscle, and my mentality started to change. I would wake up at 5:00 am with anticipation to sweat and loose some pounds. My overall persona became upbeat and full of energy (like being on a sugar high without the sugar). When I started the first Boot Camp, I was weighing in at 244lbs and 23.3% body fat. I am currently in my second Boot Camp weighing in at 223lbs and 18.6% body fat. In two short months time I have lost 21lbs (9% weight loss) and 4.7-body fat (20.2% body fat reduction). I am thrilled with the results that Jeremy has been able to get out of me. Jeremy’s methods are challenging, but fun. He critiques our form on each exercise maximizing each rep of each set. His fitness ideologies are effective and life changing. If you are out of shape looking for a boost, or in shape looking to take your fitness to a completely new level, I strongly encourage you to join the Gritton’s Training System, and enjoy your results.

Jeremy Gritton’s Boot Camp is intense, but it’s also a lot of fun. The exercises are constantly changing--we never know what to expect from Jeremy! Boot camp is like having a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. And Jeremy truly cares about his clients. He makes it his personal mission to help us meet our goals. In the first couple of weeks of boot camp my body fat decreased, my energy level increased, and I am learning so much about nutrition…practical advice on what to eat and when to eat it in order to achieve the best results. Jeremy’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious. He is knowledgeable, committed, and has a terrific sense of humor. Most importantly, Jeremy lives what he teaches.

I had been in a workout rut for awhile – bored with my same old routine at the gym, and finding it difficult to stay motivated to work out around my busy schedule. I signed up on a whim, and am so happy I did. What I value most about the program is that every workout is tough, but not so tough that you can’t finish the class. Jeremy has a knack for tailoring the workouts to everyone’s individual level of fitness. In short, you are part of a class, but you get individualized attention and a workout appropriate to your level of fitness. Jeremy does a great job of changing-up the workouts to keep things interesting and exciting. He pushes me harder than I would have ever pushed myself at the gym in a positive and motivational way. I have already noticed after only 6 weeks a huge improvement in my endurance and strength, have dropped several pounds and lowered my body fat tremendously. Boot camp is the perfect balance for me: challenging, fun and most importantly effective! Jeremy is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer with great energy keeping everyone moving and on their toes. He truly cares about his clients and invests a lot of time with each person helping them reach their own personal goals. I’m addicted!

Have you ever experienced a photo denial? You look at the picture and say to yourself, "there is no possible way that is me in that picture ... the camera had to have been distorted.' I have had so many moments like this the past few years I decided last month to turn my excuses into something productive by joining Jeremy's boot camp. The first week of his camp the company I work for volunteered at a school in Atlanta. They took pictures at the end of the day. I was dirty, sweaty, overweight, and just completely unattractive. I saw the picture plastered all over our internet at work, but instead of denial thoughts, I said to myself, "I am in Jeremy's boot camp and I am doing something about this body." That realization positively liberating! I am not one of those people who love to exercise, but I honestly look forward to Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (even though it is at o'dark 30 in the morning). I am so sore, I can hardly move, but I know I am making progress, and I don't jiggle quite as much when I run. My eating habits have drastically improved. I know I have a long way to go, but at least I think about what I am eating now and try to make smarter choices. This is a life change, and my mind is set to do just that. Thank you, Jeremy! You have been a blessing!!! I am going to save you all the terrifying thoughts (and possibility nightmares) of pictures and not post those I have discussed above. Believe me, you will be forever grateful!!

I've been working with Jeremy for about 4 months now. Prior to that, i would break a sweat getting out of my office chair... So far I have dropped 27 pounds, and reduced my body fat 8%! Initially I started with the GTS-180, and that started me well, as I was looking to lose weight, and build strength and stamina. In that first 3 months I dropped about 6 pounds, and built leans z muscle. When Jeremy offered the boot camp, I was ambivalent, but decided to go for it, and I have to say it is the best choice I made! In the last few weeks, I have dropped 21 pounds, and my body fat % has dropped 17%! I feel leaner, stronger, and have pushed myself physically further than ever before, and am able to play a 2 hour tennis match and still feel strong at the end of the match. Jeremy has helped me understand the importance of nutrition alongside exercise, and it has resulted in a very positive life change for me. I am fortunate that my wife has also been very supportive too. The other positive result for me is that I have dropped over 2 pant sizes, and have 15 pairs of pants to donate that are so large, they can't be altered down!

Jeremy Gritton’s Boot Camp has been awesome! I have struggled with my weight for the last 5 years due to a low thyroid and extra weight from having children. Since then I have yo-yo dieted and struggled on my own to do exercise videos. My husband was working out with Jeremy and introduced me to him. I realized that Jeremy was easy to talk to and seemed to care about helping people get healthy. He told me about boot camp and I decided to join since the focus was on nutritional lifestyle changes as well as building endurance, strength, and muscle.
I have never been able to stick with a “diet” for more than 5 weeks. Jeremy taught me that it isn’t about “dieting” but about a balanced nutritional lifestyle. Jeremy made us keep a daily journal of everything we ate to help us learn how to track fats, carbohydrates, protein and calories. We were encouraged to make healthy choices. I have learned over the last nine weeks not only the right foods to eat but also the times to eat certain foods in order to build and protect lean muscle.
His workouts have been amazing! I am not a very athletic person, but because the camp was broken down into 3 phases my body adapted as the exercise continued to become more strenuous each week. I was able to lose 23 pounds and 19.6% body fat over the course of nine weeks. I am still losing weight and have signed up for the next boot camp!

I have been in weight denial. I have never had to worry about my weight in the past. I ate and drank whatever I wanted, never exercised and still maintained an ideal weight. That was until I entered my late 30’s and had a baby. At that point I started exercising but figured since I was exercising I can eat whatever I want. Boy was I wrong. That’s when the opportunity to join Gritton’s Boot Camp came in place. I was really ready to take a serious look and attitude towards changing my workout and my lifestyle. I’ve learned how to push myself further than I ever thought possible. I’ve also learned that nutrition along with exercise is the key to great results. With Jeremy’s help I have lost 10 pounds in 6 wks and reduced my body fat by 13.5%. I’m actually excited to get up and hour early 3 days a week just to go to boot camp. My birthday gift to myself is to sign up for the next session of boot camp classes because I can’t imagine a better present.

Soriano40 years old, 5’5” and 195lbs! Something had to change. For years I’ve been trying to find that ‘something’ that would change my life. I didn’t think it would be waking up at 5:30 a.m., but the GTS Boot Camp was the answer. After the first session I was sore, but, more importantly, hooked. You never know what to expect at each session, but I’m sure there’s a method to Gritton’s madness. 15 lbs gone and 5% less body fat have given me more energy and self-confidence. It should’ve been more, but unfortunately 2-1/2 weeks were lost due to vacation and injury. Without Jeremy’s support during those times I easily could’ve gotten of track, shoot -- even have quit. I’ve actually signed up for the next Boot Camp and with Jeremy’s nutrition advice, weekly weigh-ins and workout sessions, my goals are set high. Taking the first Boot Camp was the best thing I could have done!

Have you ever had that moment where you look at yourself and say, “this CANNOT be me!!!” That is someone else in the mirror!! My journey began in the World Gym men’s bathroom last July. No, I did not enter the men’s sanctuary!! My husband, Greg, found Jeremy’s boot camp brochure in the restroom, and thought I might be interested.
Let me brief you on the enormous dilemma I was contemplating. For the first time in my life, I found myself overweight and could not seem to come up with a viable solution for loosing this massive amount of weight. I was not happy with my appearance, and did everything I could not to look in the mirror. You know that feeling, when you move everything seems to bounce, wiggle, or move in the opposite direction, and not in a good way I might add. Then, to add insult to injury, I was suffering lower back pain. My doctor attributed this to early signs of arthritis. I felt as though my life, as well as my physical body, was out of my control. I needed to do something quickly to get my health, both physical and mental, back again!!
I decided to sign up for the Boot Camp suggestion my husband offered. I had no idea that I would actually find exercise addicting and fun!! Jeremy switched things up each day, so we always had something new to look forward to (ok, not every exercise was something I looked forward to, but I knew it was helping me).
I have been in boot camp for almost one year, and during this timeframe, I have lost 30 pounds, toned my muscles, and dropped almost 3 sizes. At Christmas, I actually wore a strapless gown to a dinner engagement. I had not worn anything like that for years! I was actually proud of the way my body looked. I owe this all to Greg and Jeremy. Had both of them not taken the time to make sure I was taking care of myself, I would not be where I am at today. Between nutrition, exercise, and quality supplements, I have control back! I know this is a lifestyle change, and I am ready for the challenge.

My name is Rob Ragan; I have been working out / lifting weights all my life. I played football my first two years of college and went on to compete in weight lifting the next couple of years. It’s is fair to say I have spent a lot of time in the gym.
Here I am twenty years later knowing I need to take better care of my body so I joined World Gym. I took several classes including Group Power, Fitness Fusion, Spinning, etc… and they were all good classes. My wife participated in the “I lost it at the Gym” and was on Jeremy’s team, that’s when it all started. Sue came home and told me Jeremy was staring a Boot Camp in November (2009) and wanted us to sign up.

BOY WAS I WRONG! Jeremy has taught me more about physical fitness and diet than I ever knew.
- Jeremy encourages you to journal everything you put in your body (he even provides the journal) and he critiques it every week. He offers substitutes in the food groups, he recommends what time of day to eat certain foods, and he has even taken us to Publix for a shopping spree. Jeremy takes the time to explain why we need to eat certain foods and why the time of day matters (he gives away all his secretes).
- Jeremy encourages everyone to set goals (he even provides the format). He will discuss your goals with you one on one and encourage you to share your goals with someone to keep you accountable.
- Boot Camp is designed to work with the beginners as well as the more experienced. I have been in class with high school seniors as well as people over eighty years old.
- Jeremy has a gift of motivation. He motivates you through encouragement while you are working out as well as email correspondence. Jeremy truly cares about all his clients.
- I am an Advocare Distributor. Jeremy has taught me the importance of supplements in conjunction with my diet and workout.
- Last but not least, I have lost more than thirty pounds and two pant sizes (almost three)!! I feel better than I have in twenty years.
I started Boot Camp in November 2009, I participated in Jeremy’s 24-day Challenge Class, I participated in his first ever Kettle Bell Class and I am still going strong.
